I did a spin class last night with my wife. Man that class kicked my butt!! We are supposed to do another one tonight....maybe this one will be a little easier. Anyone ever done these before?

Newver did it but Fuzo said it is a great workout! That will blast the fat out of you, although I wouldn't go crazy with it cause you don't want to burn yourself out.Veritas Vos Liberabit -
