Had a decent holiday weekend foodwise. took thurs fri and saturday off from training and back in gym sunday for back workout, felt good, weights and reps where they are supposed to be and then today.....ugh. arms today. did triceps first this week. pushdowns. doing my 5 sets. last week got 200 for 10 reps. decided to push for another rep or two instead of increasing weight. got 3 reps at 200. damn. i could see losing a rep or stayong the same escpecially if i hadn't been eating well, but WOW, losing 7 reps?? the rest of my tri excercises went off no problem. did biceps ok, preachers good, increased reps. barbell curls good, same reps same weight. db curls....last week 45lbers for 9 reps, this week 6 reps, lost 3 reps here. **** **** **** bad day at the gym lol

yea...i know the feeling...i have "down" days that make NO SENCE....HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
