We all know that in order to create change
in a behavior, we need to take certain steps.
BUT...it's often times there are too many items
for people to grasp and they end up suffering
from paralysis by analysis.
I'm sure you've experienced that in your life
at some point, I sure know I have on a quite
a few occasions.
Since I want to keep this short and to the point
(sometimes I just like to write and it ends up
being several hundred words)....
Anyway, my point is this.
Instead of thinking about ALL the changes
you need to make in your life to obtain the
results you want.
Which in our case is most likely looking and
feeling better about ourselves.
You need to just pick ONE item that will impact
your results in a positive way and forget about
the other things for now.
Just ONE change in behavior.
For fat loss, it could be making sure you're
getting a nice sized portion of lean protein
in every single meal and snack.
OR
Maybe it's daily exercise first thing in the
morning before everyone else is up.
OR
It could be that you refrain from eating any
carb sources after 4pm besides green
vegetables.
You know, just ONE item that will favorably
impact your fat loss results.
After about a month of etching that habit into
your subconscious, add ONE more item for
a month.
Keep focusing on ONE item at a time each
month and before you know it, you'll have
accumulated several months worth of
positive changes.
You'd be hard pressed to not see some
amazing positive changes in your body
and your health from just adopting these
monthly "Onesies" ;-)
