    I used to do a 3 day split early this year then I switched to a 4-day split two and a half months ago

    Mon- Chest
    Tue- Shoulders and Tris
    Wed-off
    Thur-Back and bis
    Fri-Legs
    Sa-Sun -Off

    Since I can't do legs because of my knee injury, my routine looks a bit different right now.
