    Guys what are your biggest tips and learning experiences with putting on size?

    just lift heavy, low reps...eat everything you can and dont go too heavy on the cardio.....deca/test has always been my best stack for putting on serious mass, throw in some slin as well

      So you don't hold back when it comes to eating?..just make sure you get the calories in?

        I agree with pigmeat. Just don't stuff mcdonalds all day...we all saw what that does to your body

          yea...i dont eat nearly as clean when trying to gain mass, but not like a pig either....i allow myself to enjoy the morning doughnut (as long as i get my protien in) an occasional snickers or whatever i need to do to take the calories up.
          as far as lifting, heavy as possible, 3min rest periods, and a little deca/test dont hurt, lol.

                just starting out and a fu cking rail, eat, train, eat, sleep rinse and repeat. especially the eat part.
