when i was 20 and in the corps we had a comp when we were on ship overseas.. most in one minute and no one cheated cause there was a man that held his fist under my chest and another that made sure i went all the way up.. and i did 83 in a minute.. ill prolly never do that again...lol -

i'm at work...i dont know how many. the last time i did a bunch of push ups was a couple months ago...220+ and stopped at 35...did 3 sets....i've never just went until failure before. i dont even know if i can do them now...my shoulders still jackedHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
