    Getting bigger muscles can sometimes seem like a difficult thing to do. Especially when you're not sure what you should be doing to increase your muscle mass. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some tips on how to get bigger muscles.

    That way, you'll know what you need to start doing to pack on the muscle you want.

    The tips on building your muscles are:

    1. The first thing you can do to get bigger muscles is to eat more protein. In order for you to build and regrow lean muscle mass, you have to eat a lot of protein. Try to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. I'll give you a quick example of what I mean. If you weight 160 lbs., try to consume at least 160 grams of protein per day.

    2. Another tip on how to get bigger muscles is to change up your workout every three to four weeks. This will force your body to continue to grow. If you've ever hit a plateau, it's because your body is getting use to the workouts. So, by changing your workout every few weeks, your muscles will continue to grow.

    3. The third thing you can do to add more muscle is to do compound exercises. This mean doing flat bench presses, squats, deadlifts, and should presses. These exercises help pack on lean mass. When doing them, do 4 sets of 6 for about four weeks. You'll notice your muscles getting bigger and your strength increasing.
