    which do you prefer and which would be better for getting better results if you were a bodybuilder.

    I go back and forth using both, When I do dumbell bench presses I actually feel the muscle working more and get a better pump from them verses the bar. But still do both.
    I use both for military presses and bicep work also.
    Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

      I can only use Dumbells for incline bench now after my shoulder injury -so I tend to focus on them now.

        Dumbells, except for squats and deads.
        Dumbells make you recruit more neurons; motor, sensory, kinesthetic and proprioceptive. Plus more activation of neutralizer and stabilizer muscles. At least thats what Ive heard...
