Recently this past year been dealing with bad pains in my hips, knees, and ankles. Mostly from combat sports, power lifting, and doing same type movements for years. I'm always looking for something to help and I realized I had forgotten a basic principal that was easy to do when I was younger but as life has gone along I have forgotten.
That principal is SWITCHING IT UP!~ Seems simple right but recently I took my white non jumping ass onto a basketball court and wow what a difference! I think the side to side motions and jumping have really helped refresh some old joints that were rusted up from mechanical lifting movents, surgeries, etc.
