I started my 3rd week yesterday and we worked chest. I get sore from working chest but I don't get a pump like I do in my arms or legs. Am I doing something wrong, or am I just not doing enough to get a pump?
Last night our chest workout went like this...3 sets of everything:
Dumbbell pull overs
Flat bench barbell
Incline barbell
Pec Fly machine
I just wish I could get the same kind of pump in my chest as I do in my arms. When we work arms, they get so tight they feel like they are about to explode.
