  • hip mobility

Ok I've been lifting weights and playing contact sports since I was 12 years old, now 32 I'm noticiing a huge decline in my hip mobility. I know years of power lifting in my early 20s and jobs carrying heavy gear have killed my hip joints. Does anyone know of a an effective exercise routine I can do to attempt to bring back my youthful mobility?

recently started a routine of lunge style hip steps that feel are affective just wondering what else I can do.
