  • impact of stimulants on heart rate zones

What is the impact of stimulants like T3, clen and ECA on heart rate zones? I did a test on a stationary bike and in order to improve my fitness level I have to exercise at an average of 145 bpm heartrate.

I did this test ‘clean’. However since I’m dieting again I regularly use ECA and I also want to be on T3/clen again for a few weeks. How does this relate to training zones?

i'm sure your resting heart rate goes up (thats the point, right?) but, i dont know how much. it would seem that the relation would be dependant on amounts used and the individual using them...wish i could be of more help to ya

Re: impact of stimulants on heart rate zones

as far as 'feeling' goes, I seem to reach this heart rate easier and so with less effort and thus less input so to say I stay within this trainingzone of 135-145 bpm. After an hour or so, I have done less, at the same heart.

So I'm wondering if the effect on fitness level, meaning the ability for the muscles to use oxygen, remains the same, or wether the bpm at which to train should be hightened.

Anyone know of a forum where I could ask this kind of question?
