I was told by a personal trainer at my gym this morning, that my outer quads are over developed and that I need to work on my inner quads.
Honestly, I have never heard this before, and have been pretty happy with how my legs look. BUT, I have had an injury for awhile, and now wonder if there is any sense in what she had to say?
So, I was just wondering, what leg exercises work your inner quad muscles specifically?
