  • my progress so far

Ok so today i went in for my bi-monthly bf% check. back story first, as some may know i just started working out on the first week in january of this year after not stepping foot in a gym since i was a senior in highschool almost 15 years ago. so any way first week of january I weighed in at 223 lbs and 23.6% Body fat. yeah i was out of shape for my 5'10" frame. for the first like 2 to 3 weeks all i diid was cardio while i tried to find a good solid work out plan. That is when i came across dave150. with his help and guidance i was off and running (literally). after 8 weeks of training i weighed in at 198 and was at 19.8% bodyfat. well today some 16 weeks from the start of my adventure i am weighing in at 189lbs and a whopping 15.2% bf. my goal was to get to 185 and get down to around 10 to 12 % bodyfat. I am almost there and now finding myself wanting to change goals and start building mass. I thing that if i can be at like 10 to 12% bf and weigh in at 195 to 200 i will be happy. so here I come new goal. just wanted to say thanks to david.

lol..no prob bro...thats what we're here for!! you did a hell of a job and you did it pretty quick! your right..it is time to change it up. as you add more mass, the bodyfat will continue to drop...for some reason...this only seem to happen the first time, so make it good! design a good program. do your nutrition right and get your sleep and you will add some quality weight while dropping some more bodyfat (ok...here comes the nay sayers, lol)

get some pics up...you need to document your progress!

hey man good job i know how hard it is to get back into things after being off. It sounds like you have a solid setup going and Dave does have some pretty good knowledge in him, I mean he has been around forever, lol. Get a log going I think it will really help. When you decide to switch it over to mass building if you need any help don't be afraid to ask.
