Lol like I said it will be something to have when I have to leave the gym quicker than normal..I have 2 kids and I don't always have the time to do my weight training and then a full cardio session..... like this morning I woke up at 5 and did an hour on it then the kids woke up at 7 and I did the family thing all day..but the next 2 days I don't have them and it won't be used I needed something to help me keep my cardio consistent and it only cost 30 bucks.

If nothing else my 7 year old daughter might benefit from it she keeps jumping on it and trying it out lol

MAN IF IT WORKS FOR YOU, GO FOR IT. I GOT ON MY GRANDMOTHERS FOR A LITTLE WHILE AND I WAS QUITE SURPRISED IN HOW IT WORKED. YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT YOU CAN THAT WORKS FOR YOUR SCHEDULE, YOUR FUNDS, YOUR TIME, ETC.

KEEP US POSTED ON HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU

ok...i'm gonna get shyt for this, but boo will back me up. i HAD one!!! it works...i dont care what thease guys say...anything that raises your heart beat and makes you sweat your ass off works. now, i will say, it was my first piece of cardio equipment. i didnt watch the video. what i did was get on it at a light jogging pace for the first 4-5 mins. then, i went all out as fast as possible for 2 mins...one minute leaning forward. 1 minute leaning backwards, then 2.5 mins back at a medium pace. i did this for 20 mins...it worked. i used it for about 3mo's 5 days a week. then i didnt use it for the rest or the summer or winter. when i went back to using it the next spring, i was 185lbs...midstride first time using it busted!!! i threw it away and 2 yrs later baught a treadmill. i will say, until i used it, i had never done anything for cardio. coulda been why it worked....but it worked
