    TRY AND FIND A DIFFERENT EXERCISE THEN BRAIN CRUSHERS THOSE ARE HORRIBLE FOR YOU ELBOWS. AND I HAVE TO USE A STRAIGHT BAR FOR INCLINE AND BENCH THEN I DO 3 SETS OF DB EXERCISE FOR INCLINE AND BENCH. iT DOESNT LOOK BAD BUT I WOULD HAVE TO ADD 1-2 MORE EXERCISES IN EACH GROUP. 2 EXERCISES FOR ME ISNT ENOUGH

      that DC training bro...less sets, more intensity...think mike mentzer or dorian yates style. it didnt work for me either.

      i looked into dc and from what you put here, it looks fine. just remember the static stretches and when you hit a wall, have you alterntive excersize ready

        THANKS GUYS!!! I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE THESE KINDS OF TIPS! anyone else?..i really want everyones opinion...i will post before and after pics...i am looking to take my physique to a whole new level and im confident this is gunna contribute quite a bit.

          I DONT SEE ITS MORE INTENSITY IMO. TRY A REGULAR ROUTINE AND SEE HOW IT AFFECTS YOU AND CHART YPUR PROGRESS THEN TRY THE DC TRAINING AND SHARE EXAMPLES.BUT AVOPID THE SKULL CRUSHERS ITS A HORRIBLE EXERCISE

              I love dips and push downs with a curved bar.close grip bench,dumbell kick backs are a few

                Thanks FUZO ive always liked using free weights when possible..I will definately be doing close grip..i like them with dumbells so i can go to failure! I really wanna do dips but i have always had a hard time getting the form down and it seems to hurt my shoulders and elbows?..doing it for chest is always great but have a hard time with tris.

                  huh...it's the same movement, just dont lean forward. keep you legs straight. you dont change you elbo angles or anything.

                  close grips are great mass builders. also try bench dips, if regular one hurt you. you can add wieght to your lap for added resistance. i also think skull crushers, WHICH I LOVED, led, in part atleast, to my left elbow pain....but man, they were the best for me to build mass....dont think it was a good trade off though...takes me 10mins, atleast, to warm up my elbo's for benching!

                      you can try the dumbell behind the kneck tricep exercise see if that bothers your elbows. Also put your 2 arms on a bench then put your legs out flat and push your self up and down from the bench if dips hurt to much.Then you can add plates on your legs while your pushing your self up and down. you will need a spot though on this exercise just to be safe. and then close grip push ups
