    Ok first off if this is the wrong section I appologize. First the back story. Ok so I started taking my life back in the gym the first week of January. I weighed in on my first day at 223 lbs of pure blubber. Since I have started working out I have cut my weight to 192 lbs and have lost 7% of bodyfat. I am really enjoying the results except for the fact i have loose skin around my torso and my neck. I mean it isnt horrible but i am uncomfortable with it. My Question is what is the best way to remedy this problem naturally?? Any help will be much appreciated.

    If it is in fact skin, I think the only option is to remove it. However, as you build muscle, I would assume that the skin would tighten.
