If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Does anyone use it? Do you think it is a good cardio workout?
I am trying to find some cardio that won't aggravate my hip so much. I can't seem to be able to do anything without suffering afterwards. I really miss breaking a good sweat from cardio.
i used it in high school and i sweated my ass off, so it must raise the heartbeat and burn calories! i think, if even just for a change of pace for awhile, i would do it!
