    stretchin is very important before lifting and trust me i have pulled a pec before..and it hurts

      i stretch the hammys everymorning as soon as getting up..helps with sciatic pain....i use the DC stretching method when lifting

            I'll admit, I used to but I don't now. No particular reason other than neglect on my part.

              i stretch between sets. i'm gonna keep doing that, but i'm gonna start adding some extreme stretching after my final "pump" set for each exercize....lets see how that works

                always but briefly not enough but do a very little

                  warming up is primary in injury prevention.. stretching several times a day for a couple minutes is better than one long stretching session. Like doing it during commercials is great.

                      Never really have and try to kick myself quite a bit for not doing it. ONly problem is I'm not flexible enough to do it!


                      I do not stretch nearly as much as I should, about the only time is when I get up from a 3+ hour plane ride.

                        i do a few minutes before i start and in between sets... not a lot thou

                              I always do before lifting. As we get older our muscles contract- we also need to focus on strechting afterwards as well
