did pre exhaust yesterday for my pecs. usually start with a few warmups and go onto hammer icline presses followed by pec dec and then a bench movement of some kind and due to chronic pain in right delt i never do actual barbell benching. i started out yesterday with crossovers, followed by pec dec and then finished with hammer inclines only having to use a little less weight than usual. had a great pump in pecs i usually don't feel while i finished up aith arms. today chest is still pumped and sore as hell in a good way.
