I have worked out in the past but it has been a while!!! What advice do you guys have for someone that is just getting into working out and starting to learn about correct diet and what supps to take? This week I started making sure I get my 5 meals a day. I haven't started counting calories and all that yet as I am trying to take it a step at a time. I am currently 5'8" and about 185lbs. I don't know my BF% but I am not lean. I have a pretty good setup at home and I also have the (not sure if its good or not) P90x video collection. I am not looking to get huge. I just want to lean down and learn to eat right and take the correct supps. My main concern is flexibility. I play ALOT of golf and want to continue in the sport in hopes of playing competitively, so I don't want to jeopardize that. Anyway, I am just looking for any advice or do's and don'ts. Thanks in advance

Re: Workout/Diet/Supps advice??
I have already tried the first week of the P90x and got through them with the exception of the abs and yoga portions...but I figure those will take time. I bought a multivitamin from Beverly International and I am about to start drinking my whey protein along with what I eat. The water I am going to have to work on. I don't drink much water at the moment. By circuit training, what exactly do you mean? Should I just do the P90x?"He woke up because I kept punching him in the face." --Thiago Alves
