TODAY I STARTED WITH MY LAST EXERCISE FIRST AND DID IT THAT WAY TODAY. I THINK ITS GOOD TO CHANGE UP EXERCISES OFTEN

I'm changing my training program to a 8-day workout. It's always feels good to change things around.
Day 1: chest & tri's
Day 2: back & bi's
Day 3: off day
Day 4: quads & abs
Day 5: shoulders & traps
Day 6: off day
Day 7: off day
Day 8: hams & calves
repeat...
I also change up my exercises on chest and shoulder presses by doing the smith-machine one week and dumb bells the next week.

very nice...i like to change mine up (when i'm doing "mine"), about every 8weeks or soHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
