    YOU PULL A MUSCLE AND YOUR OUT FOR A WEEK. DIDNT WARM UP PROPERLY OR DIDNT STRETCH ENOUGH OR TO HEAVY

    ...all three could be factors. Too heavy is a given, stretching isn't as big of a deal, but I'd say form would be a forth reason

      i think alot of times when i pull a muscle its because ive made an awkward movement while im lifting...

        more so than not, for me, it's bad form...i warm up and do light stretches.

          I've found that I pull muscles more frequently when I haven't been drinking enough water.

            YOU COULD MOVE WRONG, NOT STRETCH, GO TOO HEAVY...ALL OF THEM

            ITS HARD TO NARROW THAT ONE DOWN
