  • NEW WORKOUT

Okay guys so with my new job at the hospital I am occupied from about 7AM till 5pm. and I am changing my workout.

I am hitting up the gym at around 6:30 every evening and doing one bodypart a day with wednesday and sunday just cardio days. It is much harder to get my meals in but I am able to get 4 pretty good meals in and a few shakes or can of tuna so guess thats not TOO bad. I was thinking of doing 5 or ten minutes of walking at an incline or maybe some sprint before working out since on mon. and thur. I can't split my cardio routine since I am working full-time now. Any thoughts on that? And any other tips to stay/get big while working full time???

Gosh buddy, hard to say from the info given. Sounds like your program is pretty good from what yore saying. Just keep that protein intake consistent every 2 hours to keep you anabolic instead of catabolic. Good luck and keep us posted. Im sure there are others on here that can give their 2 ccs as well.

      Re: NEW WORKOUT

hey buddy, just a quick note. Honestly, your main asset is being able to keep yourself motivated, so the mental-internal workouts/attitude will help you stay/get big while working full-time. If you master that, then youve got it whipped. The technical parts of training pale to the mental parts. Keep your thoughts and aims coordinated and your energy applied without letting up. Put your mind and heart into your intention and you can accomplish anything. When you train, it is 100% concentrated intensity. Keeping a journal of your workouts is a trade secret, so dont tell anyone. Especially your competition
