  • question please help...

    im cutting right now and i usually work out at night, i know your supposed to take in simple carbs after a workout, but how much while cutting and whats something with good carbs for post workout that i wont have to worry about effecting me diet goals?
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

      still need the same after workout mix i.m.o, as you do anyother time. me, i just minipulate all other meals and shorten breaks between sets

        Actually if you are cutting, you should stay away for sugary (simple) carbs... especially after 6:00... you can eat all the fibrous carbs you want. The reason being that your body burns sugar first and fat last. If you don't burn off all the sugar it gets stored as fat.

        Eat your complex-slow burning carbs during the day. Be sure and get some in before you lift to get you through your workout.

          It depends on your total weight and lean mass but I would say 30 grams protein 50 grams carbs. Of course, excluding post workout, keep your carb intake at bay wile cutting.
