  • back to the gym, could use some help

    Background info: Been working out for 4 years. I haven't been consistent in the last year and haven't touched any weights in the last few months.
    21yrs old, 203lbs, close to 19%BF.

    Goal: loose bodyfat get to around 10% and maintain muscle. Id like to get that six pack back.

    Diet: 1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight
    .75g carbs per lb of bodyweight
    .25g fat per lb of bodyweight
    Carb cutoff 6 hours before i go to bed

    Supplemets: whey protein, multi vitamins (just the essentials)

    Im stuck on a routine and training split. I need a split where i can ease my way back into things without over doing it. I know im giong to be sore because i havent hit the weights in a while. Im looking for help on a training split as well as rep and set ranges. Any help would be very appreciated.
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

    i think you should up our fats and maybe cut your carbs as far as splits and reps just listen to your body and do what works best for you everyone is different
