man, I rolled my right shoulder on flat bench and it's hurting like hell. I haven't done that in so long.
time for some ibuprofen. I need to get some real anti-inflamatories from the doc. I have an appointment today, but it's not my family doc. Maybe I can get this one to write me up for some.

If your doc suggests oral antiinflams, decline and ask for a shot in the location. Cotisone is to catabolic to be taken sytemically. He might do the 600mg ibuprofen thing but you might as well take three over the counter pills at 200mg's each. Stay away from Aleve and Tylenol if you are on cycle, very hard on the liver.

I did like you said and took a few ibuprofens and it feels allot better. It's hardly noticable. This mornong though, it reminded me of the old days when I kept my shoulders in pain and couldn't even let my arm hang down because the weight of my arm hurt my shoulder too bad. I used to kill those anti-inflamatories that they pulled...Vioxx..that's it. Those were the best! They kept me outa pain. They even worked on the wrist/forearm issue that I have. I've seen other people with it. It's a pain the starts at the wrist and runs up the forearm to the elbow, and the pain, like, runs between the bones in the forearm. It happens if I do straight bar curls. If I set the weight down fast and turn loose quickly, it kills my wrist/forearm. So...I just don't do straight bar curls anymore, and haven't for over 5yrs. Viox would even help that though, and that was painful.
But I've gotta run to this appointment, and we'll see.
