    SUN - CHEST
    MON - BI'S AND TRI'S
    TUE - SHOULDERS
    WED - OFF
    THU - BACK
    FRI - LEGS
    SAT - OFF

    I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND I LIKE THE RESULTS SO FAR. ARMS I TRAIN TOGETHER AND SUPER SET THEM. SO I MIGHT DO STAND UP BARBELL CURLS, AND THEN IMMEDIATELY WITH NO RESTING GO AND DO TRICEPS PULL DOWNS...TAKE 2 MIN BREAK..AND COMPLETE 3 SETS

    HOW COME TRI'S AFTER A CHEST DAY.I NEVER REALLY UNDERSTOOD WHY PEOLE WOULD HIT THERE TRI'S THE NEXT DAY AFTER CHEST. EITHER THE DAY OF CHEST OR 2 DAYS AFTER . THATS ME THOUGH. YOUR ALREADY USING THEM SO HIT THEM AFTER CHEST.

      ^ yeah i know... the reason I do them like that is because if I was to do chest and tri's it would take me at least 2 hours maybe more..it's the type of person that I am..

        here is mine
        sun- rest
        mon- chest
        tue- back
        wed- legs high reps
        thur-delts and traps
        fri-bi and tri
        sat- heavy legs
        If bigger is better then im better than ever !
