I know this has probably been asked a million times, but I stopped working out over 2 years ago I guess because I had gotten into working so much over time. Well, it has recently hit me that I have gained a ton of weight. I am
5"8" and weigh about 185lbs. No I have always weighed more than my height says I should, but it has passed the point of ridiculous!!! I need to get rid of this weight ASAP!! Should I just strictly focus on weight loss first and get my weight down and then work on toning up the muscle or what? What is going to be the quickest way for me to drop the weight? I know burn more calories than I eat...but I was looking for a little more detail. I am at point to where I am miserable and will do whatever to get my old body back....I mean I have love handles....
