  • 300 Training?

What do you guys think about 300 training when it comes to cutting up/tonning your body? I know there's many different excerices you can do for this 300 workout....but basically for those who don;t know what this is...is you take 10 different excercises and perform 30 reps each with as minimal rest time betweeen sets.

I'm curretly on a cut right now and still lift hard and have just upped the cardio...now i was thinking of switching to this type of exercise for about 3x a week? What do you guys think?

          Re: 300 Training?

yeah im definetely going to give it a try...gunna start out and try to do it 3 days a week if i'm not too too sore that is. This is what i plan on doing anyways:

          1. DB Bench Press (x30)
          2. DB Lunges (x30)
          3. Pullups (x30)
          4. Incline DB Bench Press (x30)
          5. Bent Over DB Rows (x30)
          6. DB Shoulder Press (x30)
          7. Cable Crunches (x30)
          8. Squats (x30)
          9. Bench Dips (x30)
          10. DB Arm Curls (x30)

Like i said before, there are many variations this this type of program...basically pick and choose 10 exercises that you feel compliment the entire body and go for it. I think that after i get used to this workout I will start doing my exercises on a yoga ball...make my core work even harder...but in do time..lol
