How many of you use em and how often? I'm goin to 2 different gyms right now and at this one I just started I saw a guy who wears his for EVERYTHING. I mean this dude was doin pulldowns with his belt on (sinchin it up tight before each set) front delt raises, everything! I just kept lookin over at him thinkin what the hell is he doin?
i actually had a friend is is quite big and cut take about 3-4 inches off of his waist by doing this for 1 month. everything he did in the gym he wore his belt as tight as he could get it. it took all the core out of it and he just did low back raises and crunches every other day.
