    HOW DO I GET THEM BIGGER! MINE JUST DONT SEEM TO GROW. I HAVE BAD KNEES, BUT THERE HAS GOT TO BE A WAY TO MAKE THEM GROW!!!!?????

    I like leg press to be honest. It seems like you can really put a lot of mass on the outer quad. I put my feet about two inches from the top of the plate and about 2-3 inches in from the outside of the plate. So, it's a wide base. I think this has added a lot of my quad mass. Also, I have found that my quads grow much faster in the 12 to 15 rep range as opposed to the lower rep range. I don't get anything but stronger from that. Also, I get stronger in the higher rep range too. A lot of people think that the only way to get bigger is heavy weight, this is not true for all muscle groups. Some muscle groups respond differently. My triceps also do better with the 12-15 rep range. Ronnie Coleman uses 15+ reps on most of his back work.
    I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
