Re: damn it feels good!...
After reading about it, I would take it a little easier if I had another break in training. I actually was taking it easy because I remember a few years ago, when I took some time off, how bad it was. I put a knot on my right forearm just below the elbow last time, and just really didn't ease back into it. It was just miserable. Although I'm sore, I can still move this time. I even thought...'it's hard to make my back muscles sore so I can hit them pretty hard.', and then I woke up this morning. I bet there's kind-of-a fine line there between tearing them down enough and tearing them up to the point of muscle fibers entering the bloodstream and pissing blood the next moring. I will definitely be more careful if ever in similar circumstance. I've really been pushing the water with a couple of Gatorades in there today.Originally posted by bowbow View PostOK If you know what is and it sounds rather severe to the body. Why would you push that muscle that much just getting back into a routine. Any time I have a layoff of any substantial time I always work back in real slow. Other wise I can't hardly move.
I do appreciate the concern though.

It just depends on how hard you hit the muscle group really. Being it's tore down muscle fibers.

It usually doesn't happen in the youth population, but there was a case, might have been a study, at a high school, where it occurred in 119 students after they killed them with push-ups. The study was done during the cold weather when the students weren't pushing as many fluids.
"Exercise induced rhabdomyolysis is well known."

Here is what happens. It's called Rhabdomyolysis:
Google it and you'll find it's pretty common. I'll take care of the hydration myself though. I don't need an I.V. I have been drinking too much coffee and not enough water lately. Which is also back on track.

Re: damn it feels good!...
I have. The doc said I probably passed a kidney stone without knowing, which caused blood in my urine. My kydneys and urinary tract are perfectly fine. I just had lab work done and everything was straight except for hormone deficiency. I'm fine. Second piss a little bit ago was back to normal just like last time it happened. If I remember correctly. It should do it again tomorrow morning from killing another group of muscles. It only happens if I really hit a muscle group hard after a break. Like, too hard. I'm gonna ask and see if I can get a verification on my theory or a real answer on my next doctor's appointment which is mid Feb.Originally posted by bowbow View PostIf you had that many toxins in you to make your pee black my guess you'd be dead.
You need to see a doctor. Because that ain't normal .

Re: damn it feels good!...
yep, probably. I have had a several month break before, and I remember it happening then. I wonder if it is toxins that get trapped in my muscles. Then they get forced out all at once.
