    usually, tues/wed, sat/sun. if time permits, i'll throw mon or fri in.

      Mon. am I hit squats and deads and if I feel like it some assisstance work. Pm workouts are usually abs, tire flips or sled draggin.
      Tues is my main bench day along with some triceps work
      Wed. off
      Thurs.am I do some lower body assisstance work and back stuff. Pm stuff is grip work, abs and whatever I feel like doin.
      Fri is my speed bench and other bench assisstance work.
      Here and there I get together with some guys and do some sparring in the cage or a little grappling and bag work.

        I like to do mon-friday, one bodypart a day usually monday-back, tuesday-chest, Wednesday-shoulders, Thursday-legs, friday arms.

        I am trying to split up my legs though so I might end up doing something like thursday-quads/bis, Friday-hams/tris
