I just started BJJ classes, something I have wanted to do for years, and finally decided to get off my ass and try it out. So, I love it, absolutely love it. Prolly the second to lifting in my life as far as satisfying hobbies go. How should I adjust my training to accommodate my training in BJJ? I have a lot of flexibility to gain, but I also don't want to lose the muscle mass that took me years to gain. Going to do BJJ twice a week, and want to hit the weights 3 days a week.
