I finally hit my goal (look in sig) today so I am going to start a slow cut tommorow, eating around 300 cals less then maintanence and running 30 mins on workout days and 45 mins on non weight days. Clean diet of course, while I think will be easy becuase I got all the junk food out of the way during my bulk. I've decided not to weight myself while I am cutting and only go by image, becuase in the past I have let weight discourage me even though I didn't look any smaller.
Anyways, right now I am 215 15.5% bf probably and I want to be around 7-8% bf by the end of my cut. I dont want to loose any muscle so it will take longer then usual. So ill probably be around 195-200 pounds to get to that percent.
So basically, wish me look on this journey and if you have advice on diet, workout routine, anything, I would love to hear it!
