What excercises do you do to hit that spot? Lately i've been doing a lot of incline presses, both barbell and dumbell, and a lot of incline flys?? Are these the only two that will hit that area? thanks

Superset incline db's with incline flies and let me know what you think. That's been a great combo for me.

With flies alone, I prefer doing them in the cable cross over because once you get the db's over your body you are no longer fighting gravity with your pecs, you are just hold them up above you with your delts (for the most part). You certainly are NOT using the contraction of the pecs at the top of the movement. With the incline bench in teh cable cross over, even at the very top, the pecs are doing the same amount of work as at the bottom because the resistance is now on a horizontal plane as opposed to a verticle plane.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

for a superset you just go from one exercise straight into another with no rest, doing the 2 as basically one set.

So an example would be a set of 10 for db incline, set them down and go directly into flies and do 10 or whatever you do, then rest for a set amount of time and repeat.

This is my understanding of what it is, correct me if i'm wrong tho.
