    When doing them should you be looking straight ahead of you? or is it alright to look down at the ground? Obviously its harder to perform them when looking straight ahead so i would think this is the way to do em eh? Just something i noticed today when doing them thats all.

            SHRUGS AND UP RIGHT ROWS SUCK FOR THE ROTATOR CUFF AND SUCH FOR THE SHOULDER JOINTS. IF YOUR GONNA DO THEM USE DUMBELLS

              so are there any other excercises that head placement is important? What about bent over rows with dumbells? should i be looking straight ahead for those aswell?
