      MON.
      5am 60min cardio

      12pm shoulders
      warm up
      Seated military press 135x15, 205x6, 185x10, 135x15
      1 arm dumbell side laterals 20x15 (4 sets)
      cable rear delts 80x15 (4 sets)
      dumbell press 50x30, 60x20, 70x8
      *triceps one exercise* seated 1 arm dumbell extentions 20x20 (3 sets)

      6pm will do cardio 60min

          Damn, that's alot of cardio. The only cardio I get is when I'm draggin the sled or flippin the tire, but I sure as hell don't do it for an hour let alone 2! Course right now I ain't doin nuthin but sittin on my ass *****in about my leg.

            to be honest..... i think it's too much, but so far i'm losing all fat and keeping my same mass so i don't want to change anything. next time i cut i'll do only the hour in the morning and if i have to add it in later. it's hard to take it out once it's in....

              it's too much!!! hey if it helps ya, i'll sit on my ass *****in about ur leg too!!!! it will keep my from my cardio, but i'll do that for ya!!!!
