If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Does anyone have or know where to get an excel or access type of spreadsheet or database that can be used for logging workouts, creating charts, and logging and displaying (graphically) gains, cycles, etc... I'm pretty sure I could create a really nice one myself but don't want to or can't afford to invest the time if one is already available (for free)... any ideas?
i had my wife make one for workouts and nutrition, but i didnt really use it...smart move on my part. if she still has it copied on disc, i'll findout and let you know

oh, i've just recently became lazy...for the first 3 yrs i was religous about loggin my workouts!! i need to get back to doing it, but life has decided that i need to concentrate on it at the moment
