  • Triceps death

    These things are brutal. You lie down on the bench, and take a weight that's fairly heavy. You do 3-5 reps full range and hold it at the top, do not rack the weight, have a training partner put a 1 board on your chest and do 3-5 more reps, then 2 board 3-5, 3 board 3-5, 4 board 3-5. If you can complete 5 reps from each position then you ain't goin heavy enough. Do this and feel the fukkin pain!

          I'm assuming this is a close grip bench press kite? you don't say what exercise

            Yeah, pretty much any grip but I wouldn't go wider than pinky on rings.
