      i think people with longer arms should go with a wider grip.

        if i go all the way to my chest, it feels like my rotator cuff is being torn in 2...same thing if i go with a wide grip....i may not go down with the bar as far as i should, even though i am parallel, or just past, but i know my limits with my shoulder and stay within them..
