I agree with T. It sounds like your delts may be getting a bit overworked. If your hittin the bench hard and heavy and then delts a couple days after that, you're putting a tremendous amount of stress on them. You may wanna try just hitting some alternate delt exercises (seated db cleans, lateral raises, lots of rear delt work, etc...) for a little while and see if that helps.
