      The heaviest dumbbells that my gym has is 110 lbs.

        I have to agree with T-man doing a little lighter and super setting it with incline flies kills. I get a lot better results from that then trying to go really heavy on just incline

            140 for 2 sets of 10 - DB presses are always done after some other BB movement and the inlcine is set low.
            My other gym only has DB up to 120 and the 140's were when I was out of town. Now that I'm going to second gym for cardio they have 190's so I may have to start toying with some bigger weight.

            How does everyone's DB weight correspond to their BB weight?

            My best BB is 405 for 3 so I feel I need to bring up the DB a bit more.

              The most I went up to was 140's back in the juicin days. But now I only go to the gym maybe 3-4 times a week and all my workouts are light since Im putting on more bodyfat and just don't feel like or have the total motivation to lift really heavy anymore, now I just go up to 100's for 8-10 reps, start with 60's and go up 20lbs each set then back down, pyramid.

                130 x 9. But the front sholders were screaming from number 5.
                Usually do incline with straight bad,followed by cable cross overs or incline flys.
                Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

                  OK SO I DECIDED TO DO 120'S AFTER A HEAVY BENCH DAY. THE HARDEST PART IS GETTING THEM OFF THE RACK AND SETTING THEM ON YOUR KNEE'S. GETTING THEM UP NO PROBLEM.

                      That's why I have two workout partners!!!
                      No lifting of heavy dumbbells - that's what they are for!

                      Actually my one partner used to train with Bertil Fox for a spell and he insisted on three people per rotation. He would never carry a heavy dumbbell or load the bar for his sets, neither did the other guys.
                      It was felt that just moving and carrying the weight would detract from your pressing performance.
                      There is some truth to it I think.
                      If I go and get the 120-130's it's time for a rest before the lift.
                      If the guys bring them to me and set them in my hands I can start high or low and be fully rested to start the set.

                              cause i train in my buddies basement and we dont really have DBs... so besides doing just squat,bench n deadlift i just use bands or chains to switch it up as assistance exercises.

                                Well last night was a good workout.
                                After flat back BB and Incline BB it was time for incline DB work.
                                We didn't work out in the gym with the big weights but last night the reps got easy for some reason.
                                After taking the 90's for a set of 10 and the 115's for 2 sets of 10 the 90's went up for 19 reps before they wouldn't move anymore.

                                It gave one heck of a pump though!!
