    130's for sets of 8. I can do a lot more with incline than flat since my damn front delts take over...

    Gotta work on a little more flat DB bench..

        115's today was a little stressful on my shoulder. will see if i want to go heavier or not

            120's for 8-10, but to tell you the truth I don't go over 100 any more on incline it really jacks my rotator. I prefer slow and deep control right now after hammering out bar and dumbell flat. I also prefer the hammer strength incline machine, really the only machine I ever use.

              I've been as high as 120's for about 10 reps but like a lot of you, it get's my rotators so I usually go lighter and use slower reps. Sometimes I will superset incline db press with incline flies. That really tears down some muscle tissue and you don't have to go super heavy to either. Givesyou a great pump too.
              I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                130x25 my incline is not real steep...probably 30 degrees

                  I've gone up to 90lbs incline db fly's for 7 reps I dont do presses anymore ,yeah the shoulder thing try to stay away even flat barbell bp

                        Damn!!! I'm a total weakling compared to you guys. I only get 80lbs for 5x5.

                          nothing to be ashamed about at 80lbs, in fact thats a much safer weight to avoid injuries...
