WELL I HAVE TO SAY IVE HAD BOTH L-R SHOULDERS DONE BOTH WERE SCOPED BOTH HAD PARTIAL CLAVICAL REMOVALS ONE HAD A BICEP TENDON FIXED AND BOTH HAD BONE SPURS AND BOTH HAD CUFF TEARS. NOT REAL BAD ONES BUT BOTH WERE TORN.THE DOC TOLD ME MY LEFT SHOULDER WHEN IT WAS DONE IN 1999 AND 2000 2 SURGRIES ON THAT SHOULDER HE SAID I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO LIFT LIKE I DID BEFORE. THE RIGHT 2006 WAS BAD AND HE SAID TO MODIFY MY LIFTS. WELL TODAY I BUSTED MY ASS WITH P/T AND THERE BOTH AS GOOD AS NEW.MY R SHOULDER STILL HAS SOME CLAVICAL PAIN BUT I WORK THROUGH IT.MY POINT IS LET THE INJURY HEAL BEFORE YOU BUST ASS IN THE GYM YOU DONT WANT TO COME BACK TO SOON. NEXT MONTH MY NECK WILL BE FIXED AND THE DOC SAID I'LL BE BACK AT 100% AGAIN.MY TYPE OF JOB AND LIFTING IN THE GYM DONT GO WELL TOGETHER.ITS EXTREMLY PHYSICAL AT WORK.I HAVE ONLY ONE GOOD DISK IN MY NECK ALL THE OTHER HAVE WEAR AND TEAR ON THEM.
AFTER THE NECK I WILL HAVE A KNEE SCOPE AND WILL BE ABLE TO SQUAT AGAIN.
