I've been wanting to get some kind of cardio machine for my place so I can do cardio at home. I got a excersize bike with the arms attached to it so I get my arms and legs going at the same time.
I try to do 30 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach and most every weeknight I do about 45 minutes before bed.
My question is what should I eat before and after each of these times??
