  • Help with diet around new cardio

    I've been wanting to get some kind of cardio machine for my place so I can do cardio at home. I got a excersize bike with the arms attached to it so I get my arms and legs going at the same time.

    I try to do 30 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach and most every weeknight I do about 45 minutes before bed.

    My question is what should I eat before and after each of these times??

      I just eat regular food meals after cardio, I don't use like a post workout shake or anything. Now the bedtime one I would probably just consume my normal shake that I have before bed. I wouldn't want a whole food meal right before bed.
      Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

        I usually drink a shake right after cardio. By the time I get home I'll eat some fruit or something light, not too heavy. i usually get home after cardio around 8:30pm and I try to go to bed by 10:00pm, so I don't want to be stuffed before bed.
        NO PAIN, NO GAIN
        KNOW PAIN, KNOW GAIN

            I JUST POSTED A ARTICLE ABOUT CARDIO AND BURNNG FAT. THEY SAY IF YOU DO CARDIO ON A EMPTY STOMACH YOU WILL BURN MORE FAT
