Sup guys, its been a rough past 2 months with back injuries and horrible shin splints but im ready to start training again. My goals are to gain my strength back I lost as well as get cut up. My goal by June is to be under 10% @ 200lbs. Right now im at 207lbs @ 16%. Now my question is should i either go on max-ot (tried it with good results) or just a one bodypart per week split @ around 50reps per bodypart

wow i got weak, i benched today 3 sets flat with 245x6, then hit decline same weight and sets/reps, then hit some pec dec. I was beyond pumped up. Im tryin not to get discouraged lol, i miss my 315x6Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

ease your way into it .I tried to hit it hard when I came back from injury and ended up injuring again .You know ur limits dont try forcing it yet, be smart ! good to hear ur back !"Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"

yea thats exactly what happend before i ended up tryin to do what i had before and reinjured myself. I wonder how long itll take me to get back both endurance and strengthIm gonna get so big I cant dress myself
