AS A RULE OF THUMB WE SHOULD PUT OUR TRAINING ON HOLD WHEN WE GET VERY SICK WE ARENT DOING OUR BODIES ANY GOOD BY TRAINING AND HAVING A VIRUS OR INFECTION OR THE FLU.WE CANT EAT WE CANT SLEEP WE EAT LIKE **** AND NO CARDIO. LETS ALL REMEMBER WE WILL GET THAT BACK IN TIME AGAIN. ARE HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT.IVE BEEN TRAINING EVERYDAY BUT I SHOULD OF BEEN SLEEPING AND RESTING BUT HAVING THAT STUPID ASS MENTALITY I NEED TO DO IT ONLY MADE MY FLU WORSE.I GOT SOME ANTIBIOTICS YESTERDAY THEY HELPED BECAUSE I WORKED OUT TODAY.VERY WEAK NO WHERE NEAR WHERE I WAS BUT SEE I CAN HANDLE THAT ITS OK FOR ME SOME PEOPLE CANT.TODAY IS A LITTLE BETTER DAY FOR ME AS FOR MY FLU GOING AWAY. YOUR HEALTH FIRST
