    Anyways.. I have 2 say I dont like your workout routine.. all that "light" part is not clickin' with me..

    Stick with simple ****:

    MON: CHEST AND TRICEPS OR BICEPS
    TUE: SHOULDERS AND BICEPS OR TRICEPS
    WED: OFF
    THU: BACK, CALVES
    FRI: HAMS, QUADS
    SAT: OFF OR CARDIO
    SUN: OFF OR DARDIO..

    This works best for me.. it gives me enough time 2 rest..and get the job done.

      hmm. i like that cept for shoulders after chest. tried that b4 and shoulder workouts suffered.
      Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

        I see. Considering those are your weak areas, then I totally understand. Here's a trick you can try to get those stubborn areas to grow. What you do is follow your normal routine except when you get to the stubborn muscles, you kill them like normal and then you go in the very next day and kill that same stubborn area again. Yes, hit your stubborn areas back to back. Do this for one month and then go back to normal. This should push those muscle towards the over trianing point and as soon as you drop back to once a week, they should begin to recover and grow. Give 2 months of regular training before doing it again. That would allow you to do this 4 times a year. That should get them caught up with actually over training them. You can, and I recommend this, skip them totally the week after you finish the over load phase. This will speed up the recovery process. So, 4 weeks of over load, 1 week skip, 7 weeks of normal frequency, then do it again.
        I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

              hows that look? 6-9 sets, 6-12reps

                    I would try to keep at least 2 off days.
                    My current routine looks like this.

                    Mon- chest/tris/calves/abs
                    tues- back/ bis
                    wed- off
                    thurs- shoulders/calves/abs
                    fri- legs/forearms
                    sat- off
                    sun- off

                    I'm thinking of going to a push, pull, legs routine. On Mon,Wed, Fri. Not sure yet.
                    Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

                      that would begood if i was back to where i was i dont think i can handel that much in one day yet and still have energy to do cardio

                        Yes it looks like alot but my volume is relatively low. I only do 4 working sets for chest and 5 for tris. Low volume, high intensity. I used to do many more sets and gained nothing. Lowered my volume and things started working nicely. Now this works well for ME. I don't know enough about you so no this probably won't work for you. The right volume and intensity for each individual is very difficult to find.

                          yeah i think ill start out with one bodypart per week see how i handle it, if it doesnt work ill change up volume/intensity accordingly
